About approval of Changes to Rules of certification of subjects which render services in aeronautical servicing
According to article 34 of the Air code of Ukraine, subitem 4.10. 101, subitem 4.10 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.05.2011 No. 581, and for the purpose of task performance of rather state supervision of safety of flights of civil aviation I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to Rules of certification of subjects which render services in aeronautical servicing, the approved order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 22.01.2007 No. 42, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.02.2007 for No. 104/13371, which are applied.
2. To the public air service of Ukraine:
2.1. Provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Bring this order to permission of heads of the companies, organizations, organizations which activities are connected with provision of services on aeronautical servicing.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
