The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties according to article 18 of the Agreement on procedure for movement by physical persons of goods for private use through customs border of the Customs union and making of the customs transactions connected with their release of June 18, 2010 (further - the Agreement), agreed as follows:

Article 1

State Item 1 of the Section I of appendix 3 to the Agreement in the following edition:

 1.  Goods for private use              customs   value
     (except for ethyl alcohol and          which   does not exceed
     indivisible goods),                         amount   equivalent
               10 000 euros moved with air transport, and general
                                                       which weight    not
                                                  exceeds           50
                                                  kilograms

     including:                                        no more than 3  liters
                                                  inclusive in calculation
     alcoholic beverages and beer                  on   one  physical
                                                  person        which reached
                                                  18-year age

     tobacco and tobacco products                    of 200  cigarettes  or 50
                                                  cigars  (cigarillos) or
                                                  250  grams  of tobacco,
                                                  or the specified products
                                                  in  assortment general
                                                       weighing no more than 250
                                                  grams,  counting on
                                                  one physical person,
                                                  reached   18-year-old
                                                  age

     moved with other modes of transport        customs   value
                                                  which   does not exceed
                                                  amount   equivalent
                                                  1500 euros, and total weight
                                                      does not exceed    50
                                                  kilograms

     including:                                        no more than 3  liters
                                                  inclusive in calculation
     alcoholic beverages and beer                  on   one  physical
                                                  person        which reached
                                                  18-year age

     tobacco and tobacco products                    of 200  cigarettes  or 50
                                                  cigars  (cigarillos) or
                                                  250  grams  of tobacco,
                                                  or the specified products
                                                  in  assortment general
                                                       weighing no more than 250
                                                  grams,  counting on
                                                  one physical person,
                                                  reached   18-year-old
                                                  age

Article 2

The this Protocol is subject to ratification and is temporarily applied from signature date.

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt of the last written notice by depositary through diplomatic channels about accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for the introduction of the this Protocol in force.

Absolutely in the city of St. Petersburg on October 19, 2011 in one authentic copy in Russian.

The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in the Commission of the Customs union which is depositary of the this Protocol and will send to each Party its verified copy.
