About modification of separate Decisions of the Commission of the Customs union on adoption of technical regulations of the Customs union

According to article 13 of the Agreement on the single principles and rules of technical regulation in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation of November 18, 2010 the Commission of the Customs union (further – the Commission) solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of August 16, 2011 No. 768 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment" the following changes:

1.1. In subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the word "July 1, 2012" shall be replaced with words "on February 15, 2013";

in subitems 3.2 and 3.3 of Item 3 of the word "August 15, 2014" shall be replaced with words "on March 15, 2015".

1.2. Add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. To the parties:

6.1. about day of entry into force of the Technical regulation to determine the state control (supervision) bodies responsible for implementation of the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of the Technical regulation and to inform on it the Commission;

6.2. from the date of entry into force of the Technical regulation to provide carrying out the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of the Technical regulation taking into account subitems 3.2 – 3.4 presents of the Decision.".

1.3. The paragraph the fifth subitem 6.2 of Article 7 of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment" (to exclude TR CU 004/2011) as technical mistake.

2. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of October 18, 2011 No. 824 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" the following changes:

in subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the word "April 18, 2013" shall be replaced with words "on February 15, 2013";
