1. Add Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2007 N 862 "About Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 51, Art. 6374; 2009, N 50, Art. 6102; 2010, N 49, Art. 6516), Item 13.1 of the following content:
"13.1. If person who received the certificate in case of filing of application did not submit on own initiative the documents specified in the subitem "b" of Item 8, subitems "an" and "g" of Item 10, paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 10. 2, subitem "an" of Item 10. 3, paragraphs second and third Item 10.4 and the subitem "g" of Item 13 of these rules, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities request these documents (containing in them data) in the bodies providing the state and municipal services in other state bodies or local government bodies and the organizations subordinated to them which participate in provision of the state or municipal services and at which disposal such documents (containing in them data) shall be according to regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal legal acts. 2. The change made to Rules of the direction of funds (part of means) of the maternity (family) capital for improvement of housing conditions according to Item 1 of this resolution regarding reclamation by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its territorial authorities of the document specified in paragraph three of Item 10.2 of Rules becomes effective since July 1, 2012.
