About assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification of the military personnel

In pursuance of the Federal Law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of assignment, change and deprivation of cool qualification concerning the military personnel.

2. The serviceman having the corresponding cool qualification at the time of entry into force of this resolution, earlier appropriated cool qualification remains before the termination of term of its action.

3. To the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, heads of other federal executive bodies, federal state bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service to determine qualification requirements to the professional knowledge and skills necessary for fulfillment of duties by military positions, and procedure for carrying out testing of the military personnel for assignment (confirmation) of cool qualification.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, and concerning the military personnel of technical, road-building military forming in case of federal executive bodies and rescue military forming of the federal executive body authorized on the solution of tasks in the field of civil defense, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, bodies of the Federal Security Service, bodies of the state protection, federal body of ensuring mobilization preparation of public authorities of the Russian Federation, and also military divisions of Federal fire service which salaries on military position are established by the relevant Federal Laws - since January 1, 2013.
