3. Ask the Parties:

- distribute, in case of need, amounts of the tariff quotas between the third countries;

- perform in 2012 distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation of the states

– members of the Customs union;

- charge to authorized bodies of the government of state members of the Customs union to perform issue of licenses for commodity importation concerning which the tariff quotas, with provision of information on the granted licenses in the Commission of the Customs union are established.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of official publication.
