Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 6, 1994 N 1060-XII "About legal protection of programs for electronic computers and databases" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1994, N 5, Art. 136; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 4-5, Art. 74, N 9, Art. 165) following changes:
1) in Article 9:
the second offer of part one to state in the following edition:
"The owner directly or through the representative can register in the State register of software products or the State register of databases the computer program or the database by application in the Agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency)";
in parts two - the sixth words "Patent authority", "Patent authority", "Patent authority", "in Patent authority" to replace respectively with words "Agency", "Agencies", "Agency", "in the Agency";
the first offer of part six to exclude;
the eighth to state part in the following edition:
"For making of the legally significant actions connected with registration of the computer programs or databases and registration of agreements on transfer of property rights for use of the computer programs and databases the payment is levied. The payment for registration is paid to the Agency. The amount of payment for registration and terms of its payment, the basis for exemption, reduction of the amount of payment or its return, and also procedure for use of the amount of payment for registration is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
