1. Bring in the Procedure for test of the organization of notarial activities of the state and private notaries and accomplishment of rules of notarial clerical work by them approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 24.12.2008 No. 2260/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.12.2008 for No. 1244/15935, such change:

to state subitem 2.6 of Item 2 in such edition:

"2.6. The schedule of conducting scheduled complex inspections of the organization of notarial activities of office, archive, the notary and accomplishment of rules of maintaining notarial clerical work by them is approved with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and affirms the head of department of justice for year.

The copy of the approved and approved schedule is sent to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and also goes to the address of office, archive, the notary which are subject to check. Changes are made to the schedule of check in the same procedure.

The schedule of check will be promulgated by placement on the website of justice department".
