About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 24.12.2003 No. 847
In pursuance of the National plan of action for 2011 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 27.04.2011 No. 504, and for the purpose of increase in requirements to licensing of training of specialists of different educational and qualification levels in higher educational institutions I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the Licensed conditions of provision of educational services in the field of the higher education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 24.12.2003 No. 847, registered 19.01.2004 for No. 75/8674, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To provide to the director of the department of scientific activities and licensing (Yakimenko O. V.) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

I. General provisions
1.1. These Licensed conditions No. 1019 "About licensing of activities for provision of educational services" is developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About education", "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About the higher education", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.08.2007.
1.2. These Licensed conditions determine general requirements and the minimum norms of providing educational institutions with scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical personnel, material, educational and methodical and information base.
