1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out insurance activity approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 28.08.2003 No. 40, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.09.2003 for No. 805/8126, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures together with department of legal providing submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To department organizational and analytical, documentary and staffing to provide placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after it to state registration.
4. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the vice-chairman according to distribution of obligations.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
