1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers of securities approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 19.12.2006 No. 1591, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.02.2007 for No. 97/13364 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 01.03.2011 No. 187 "About approval of the Regulations on submission of administrative data by issuers with the closed (private) placement of securities to State commission on securities and the stock market and the Procedure for filling of electronic forms of administrative data with issuers with the closed (private) placement of securities who move in State commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.03.2011 for No. 395/19133.
3. To provide to department of monitoring of the stock market (O. Tabal) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
