About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of separate provisions of administrative legal proceedings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2005, Art. No. No. 35-37, 446):

1) Item 6 parts one of article 3 after words of "freedoms and interests" to add with the words "or in pursuance of powers";

Part one of Article 12 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "The address of person who is taking part on case is not subject to consideration and does not require the answer if in it the residence or the location is not specified (for legal entities) or is not signed by the author (authors) and also if it is impossible to establish his authorship, or containing the statements testimonial of disrespect for court";

Part one of Article 18 to add 3) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) administrative cases concerning decisions, actions or divergence of the state contractor or other official of the public executive service, concerning accomplishment of decisions of the courts by them on the cases provided by Items 1-4 of part one of this Article";

4) in Article 22:

add part one with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) one of party litigants is the court in which case, or the judge of this court is considered";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"2. The court submits administrative case to other administrative court which is brought most territorially closer to this court, in the case provided by items 4 and 6 parts one of this Article.

In case of liquidation of administrative court of case which were in its production are instantly brought to trial to which cognizance consideration of such cases is referred";
