About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" concerning enhancement of regulations on the status of members of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine

Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 41-45, of Art. 529; 2011, No. 18, Art. 124, No. 23, Art. 160, No. 29, Art. 272, No. 33, Art. 333; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3668-VI and of October 20, 2011 No. 3932-VI) such changes:

1) in Article 92 part two:

shall be replaced with words the words "three years from day of appointment" "six years since day of acquisition of powers";

"Article 93-1. Termination of powers of the member of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine

1. Powers of the member of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine stop in case:

1) the terminations of term to which it is appointed;

2) submissions by it of the statement for the termination of powers at own will;

3) impossibility to carry out the powers for health reasons;

4) introductions in legal force of conviction concerning it;

5) terminations of his nationality;

6) recognitions of its bezvesta absent or announcements the dead;

7) his death.

2. The decision on the termination of powers of the member of the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine is made by the Highest qualification commission of judges of Ukraine";

3) the second offer of part five of Article 98 to add with the words "and in case of the termination of powers on this post-proceeding from salary on position with which they were recalled".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
