About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

"Article 98. Provision of bills to People's Deputies

1. The bills registered in the Verkhovna Rada, except those which are considered by the Verkhovna Rada according to special procedures are provided to the People's Deputy by mailing on the e-mail address on the e-mail server of the Verkhovna Rada of the information letter on registration of bills.

2. The information letter on registration of bills is sent the People's Deputy on the e-mail address on the e-mail server of the Verkhovna Rada at the beginning of the working day following behind day of the direction of the relevant bill to the main committee (or the temporary special commission in case of its creation), but not earlier than day of its placement in the database of bills of electronic computer network of the website of the Verkhovna Rada. 3. The conclusions of committees to the registered bills, the bills prepared for the second and the following readings and accompanying documents to them are provided to People's Deputies in paper form, and also in electronic - by input of the relevant information in the database of bills of electronic computer network of the website of the Verkhovna Rada".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
