About approval of the Act of acceptance transfer of the apartments acquired by the Public mortgage institution

On accomplishment of Item 5 of the Procedure for bezoplatny transfer of the apartments acquired by the Public mortgage institution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 27.07.2011 No. 855, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Act of acceptance transfer of the apartments acquired by the Public mortgage institution which is attached.

2. Determine what from day of the introduction in operation of this order loses force the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine of 26.08.2011 No. 162 "About approval of form of the act of acceptance - transfers of apartments".

3. To department of normative legal regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) together with Department of life support systems and housing policies (Shapovalenko V. G.) to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
