1. Approve Regulations on departmental incentive distinction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - the breastplate "For merits in development of judicial examination" which is applied.

2. To management of expert ensuring justice (Golovchenko L. M.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. Accounting of persons awarded with departmental incentive distinction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - the breastplate "For merits in development of judicial examination", performs Department of personnel work and public service.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
