1. The address brought into the Constitutional court on September 5, 2011 based on Item and) to part (1) article 135 of the Constitution, Item g) formed the basis for consideration of the case to part (1) article 25 of the Law on the Constitutional court and Item g) parts (1) article 38 of the Code of the constitutional jurisdiction deputies of Parliament Artur Reshetnikov and Sergey Syrbu, about control of constitutionality of the Law No. 184 of August 27, 2011 in the part concerning the procedure of its removal by acceptance at itself responsibility the Government of the Republic of Moldova before Parliament based on article 1061 of the Constitution.

2. Authors of the address consider, in particular, that acceptance on itself responsibility the Government for the bill in the period of parliamentary recess and with violation of the reconciliation procedure provided by the law, examination and public consultations contradicts provisions of Articles 7, of 60, of 66 items a) and 1061 Constitutions.
