About modification of some legal acts

Art. I. - Item 13) article 20 of the Law on penal system No. 1036-XIII of December 17, 1996 (repeated publication: 2008, No. 183-185, of the Art. 654), with subsequent changes to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

Art. II. - In Item k) parts (2) article 43 of the Law on service in customs authorities No. 1150XIV of July 20, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 106108, Art. 765), with subsequent changes, to exclude the words "or availability of nationality of other state".

Art. III. - In Item l) parts (2) article 32 of the Law on the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 91-94, of the Art. 668), with subsequent changes, to exclude the words "or availability of nationality of other state".

Art. IV. - In the Law on the status of the officer on criminal prosecution No. 333-XVI of November 10, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 195-198, of the Art. 918), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item a) parts (Article 15 to declare 2) invalid.

2. In Item b) parts (Article 28 of the word "or availability of nationality of other state" to exclude 1).

Art. V. - In Item b) article 28 of the Law on Service of civil protection and emergency situations No. 93-XVI of April 5, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 78-81, of the Art. 358), with subsequent changes, to exclude the words "or finding of multiple nationality".
