About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Pensions act of the national social insurance No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 42-44, of the Art. 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 16:

in part (1) words "the insured income," shall be replaced with words "the average monthly insured income,", and figures and the word" (30 years)." shall be replaced with words also in figures ", provided in part (11) Article 42.";
