About procedure and conditions of provision of premises in property to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special ranks of police and also separate categories of citizens

According to part 2 of article 5 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of premises in property to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special ranks of police and also separate categories of citizens.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, and concerning the staff of the law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation attached in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to the State Courier Service of the Russian Federation - since January 1, 2013.

1. These rules govern the relations connected with provision of premises in property:

a) having according to part 2 of article 4 of the Federal law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law) the right to lump social sum payment for acquisition or construction of premises (further - lump sum payment):
