Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of preparation by state control (supervision) bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2010 N 489 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 28, by the Art. 3706).

Changes which are made to Rules of preparation by state control (supervision) bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

1. To state the subitem "b" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"b) the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation authorized on implementation of the powers of the Russian Federation delegated to subjects of the Russian Federation on federal state control (supervision) in the corresponding fields of activity in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation and also on implementation of regional state control (supervision) in the corresponding fields of activity in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation;".

2. In Item 3:
