About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 13, 1996 No. 95 "About measures for enhancement of control of use of means in foreign currency when implementing the foreign trade transactions"
For the purpose of further streamlining of import transactions and strengthening of control of timeliness of their implementation the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 13, 1996 N 95 "About measures for enhancement of control of use of means in foreign currency when implementing the foreign trade transactions" according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
