Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 3, 1993 N 938-XII "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, N 9, Art. 338; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, Art. 269; 1997, N4-5, of Art. 126; 1998, N 9, Art. 181; 1999, N 5, Art. 112; 2001, N 5, Art. 89; 2002, N 4-5, Art. 74; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, N 5, Art. 152; 2007, N 12, Art. of the Art. 590, 608; 2008, N 12, Art. 640; 2010, N 5, Art. 178, N 9, Art. 334, N 12, Art. 472) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

in word part two of "interstate agreements (agreements)" shall be replaced with words "international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

to exclude from part three of the word "if other is not provided by interstate agreements (agreements)";

Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 6. Legislation on the state provision of pensions of citizens

The legislation on the state provision of pensions of citizens consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.

If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about the state provision of pensions of citizens then are applied rules of the international treaty";
