About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About tax consultation"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 21, 2006 N ZRU-55 "About tax consultation" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, N 9, Art. 497; 2008, N 12, Art. 640) following changes and amendments:

Article 3 to add 1) with part two of the following content:

"Is not tax consultation:

explanation of the tax legislation bodies of the State Tax Service, public authorities on places and other state bodies within implementation of the powers by them;

rendering legal aid on the tax matters lawyers;

consulting and other services of auditing and other organizations on the taxation";

2) in Article 5:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"assistance to the client (principal) in case of creation of tax statements";

add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"determination and accounting of the taxation objects and objects connected with the taxation";
