About modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of telecommunications
According to the State program "Year of small business and private entrepreneurship" approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2011 N PP-1474, and for the purpose of comprehensive stimulation of development of subjects of entrepreneurship the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The paragraph the fifth Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of activities in the field of telecommunications approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 22, 2000 N 458 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, N 11, Art. 73), to state in the following edition:
"networks of telecommunications (local, radiotelephone, paging, data transmission) are used only in the production and technological purposes without rendering services of telecommunications".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
