About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 No. 1397 "About some questions of procedure for movement of separate types of goods through customs border of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 240, 5/28411; 2009, No. 119, 5/29736) following changes:

1.1. to state subitem 1.32 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.32. Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue by Department of veterinary and food supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of import permits on customs area of the Customs union of controlled goods;";

1.2. The regulations on procedure and conditions of issue of import permits of animals by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, animal products, the technical raw materials of animal origin, forages, veterinary means and other products of veterinary appointment under control to the state veterinary supervision limited to movement through customs border of the Republic of Belarus on the bases of non-economic nature approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of acceptance.
