About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus
Based on Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2011 No. 1677 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 17, 2011 No. 528" and Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 962 "Questions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out local monitoring of the environment by the legal entities performing economic and other activity which makes harmful effects on the environment, including ecologically dangerous activities, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of February 1, 2007 No. 9 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 148, 8/16640; 2011, No. 93, 8/23994):
1.1.1. state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. The list of parameters of observation of local monitoring which subject to observations are emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air is determined by territorial authorities of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources according to the permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air issued to the user of nature or complex nature protection permission.
Observations of local monitoring which subject are emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air are carried out once a month, except for observations on stationary sources of the emissions equipped with the automated control systems of emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases in atmospheric air.";
