About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 28 of Rules of determination of extent of loss of professional working capacity as a result of labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2003 No. 1299 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 115, 5/13175; 2006, No. 189, 5/24215), the words "Research Institution of Medico-social Examination and Rehabilitation" shall be replaced with words "The republican scientific and practical center of medical examination and rehabilitation";
1.2. in Regulations on the procedure of independent medical examination approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2008 No. 2024 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 5, 5/29054):
the second Item 3 to state part in the following edition:
"Organizational technical supply of activities of NEK is performed by public institution "Republican scientific and practical center of medical examination and rehabilitation" (further - RNPTs of medical examination and rehabilitation).";
in Item 5 of the word "scientific research institute of medical examination and rehabilitation" and "medical documentation" to replace respectively with the words "RNPTs of Medical Examination and Rehabilitation" and "medical documents";
in Item 6, in parts one and third Item 17 and in Item 19 of the word "scientific research institute of medical examination and rehabilitation" shall be replaced with words "RNPTs of medical examination and rehabilitation";
