About modification of article 166-10 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 166-10 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 166-10. Violation of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of allowing nature

Violation of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of allowing nature:

not message or the untimely message allowing body to the subject of managing or the state administrator about refusal in issue of the document of allowing nature;

violation of terms of issue of the document of allowing nature by allowing body;

refusal of allowing body to the subject of managing in issue of the document of allowing nature on the bases, not established law;

cancellations of the document of allowing nature by the allowing body for the bases which is not established by the law;

not message or the untimely message the state administrator of the subject of managing about receipt of the document of allowing nature or about written refusal in issue of the document of allowing nature;

groundless refusal of the state administrator to the subject of managing in adoption of the statement for the receipt of the document of allowing nature and documents attached to it;

issue (renewal, issue of duplicates, cancellations) the state administrator of the document of allowing nature not in the allowing center;

issue of the document of allowing nature by allowing body which need of obtaining is not established by the law,

attracts imposing of penalty on officials from thirty to fifty free minima income of citizens.

The actions provided by part one of this Article, which are commited by person which within year was exposed to administrative punishment for the same violations,

attract imposing of penalty on officials from fifty to seventy free minima income of citizens".
