About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning the state social order

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 "About the state social order" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 6, the Art. 8):

"8) councils on interaction and cooperation with non-governmental organizations - the advisory advisory bodies created for development of suggestions for improvement of interaction and cooperation between state body and non-governmental organizations which part representatives of the interested state bodies and non-governmental organizations are;";

add with subitems 10), 11), 12) and 13) of the following content:

"10) monitoring of realization state social zakazasbor, processing and information analysis about implementation of the state social order;

11) authorized body in the field of the state social order (further - authorized body) - the state body coordinating activities of state bodies in the field of the state social order;
