"7. 1) establishes departmental awards (distinctions and certificates of honor) for rewarding of employees of Rossotrudnichestvo, and also persons rendering assistance in the solution of the tasks assigned to Rossotrudnichestvo approves regulations on these awards and their descriptions;".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
