About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning creation and activities of holdings

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for creation and activities of holdings I decide:

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. part third of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 300 "About provision and use of the free (sponsor's) aid" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 105, 1/6586; 2006, No. 6, 1/7089; 2009, No. 211, 1/10947; 2010, 79, 1/11498) to add No. with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 07.08.2012 No. 357

1.3. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 No. 660 "About some questions of creation and activities of holdings in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 3, 1/11254):

1.3.1. in Item 1:
