1. "11-1. When carrying out tenders, electronic auctions, procedures of request of price offers, procedures of execution of the competitive list till December 31, 2012 to bid price of the participant offering goods (works, services) origins of the Republic of Belarus and (or) the Russian Federation, the preferential amendment is applied in the amount of:

15 percent - in case of the offer to them such goods (works, services), except for goods (works, services) made by the organizations of public associations of disabled people;

25 percent - in case of the offer to them such goods (works, services) made by the organizations of public associations of disabled people.
