About modification of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389 and of April 8, 2011 No. 446

1. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:

1) the subitem 51 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389 (with the changes made by the Decree of July 8, 2011 No. 741) to state in such edition:

"51) is provided by maintaining single information and analytical system of social protection of the population (including medical attendance), and also on its base of single information and analytical system of accounting and management of means of the social sphere and provision of pensions with use of electronic social card, centralized databank on problems of disability and databank about the orphan children and children deprived of parent care about families of potential adoptive parents, guardians, custodians, adoptive parents, parents tutors";

The subitem 25 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 446, to exclude 2).

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
