To railway administrations of the State Parties of the CIS for the purpose of building-up of goods turnover between the State Parties of the Commonwealth based on addresses of consignors (consignees) to consider questions of establishment of economically reasonable exclusive tariffs on transportations of separate cargoes on mutually advantageous conditions for the states of the Commonwealth under specific contracts, amounts and routes of transportations, including within the created joint working groups on rates, economic and technological problems.
