About modification of Rules of ustraivaniye and operation of warning systems about the fire and managements of evacuation of people in houses and constructions
In pursuance of requirements of Item 12 of the Section V of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER:
1. Bring in Rules of ustraivaniye and operation of warning systems about the fire and managements of evacuation of people in houses and constructions", the Ministries of Emergency Situations of Ukraine approved by the order of 18.05.2009 No. 338, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.06.2009 for No. 505/16521, such changes:
1.1. The paragraph one of Item 3.2 of Chapter 3 to state in such edition:
"3.2. Works on installation WITH shall be carried out according to the project documentation which is approved in accordance with the established procedure, and technical documentation of the manufacturing companies".
1.2. To state Item 5.1 of Chapter 5 in such edition:
"5.1. Acceptance WITH in houses and constructions needs to be carried out to operation according to DBN V.2.5-56 "The engineering equipment of houses and constructions. Fire protection systems".
1.3. To exclude Items 5.2-5.5 of Chapter 5. With respect thereto to consider Item 5.6 Item 5.2.
1.4. Exclude appendix 2.
2. To chiefs of head departments (managements) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol in ten-day time from the date of entry into force of this order to bring own acts into accord.
3. (Evsyukov O. P.) together with Legal support division (Povoroznik R. R.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ukrainian research institution of fire safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.
