About modification of Fire safety regulations for cult constructions

In pursuance of requirements of Item 12 of the Section V of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Fire safety regulations for cult constructions approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of 18.05.2009 No. 339, such changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.06.2009 for No. 506/16522,:

1.1. In Chapter 1:

state Item 1.6 in such edition:

"1.6. If space-planning and engineering solutions, ways of evacuation and emergency exits on objects of immovable cultural heritage which are used as cult constructions cannot be brought into accord with requirements of the state construction regulations and these Rules, it is necessary to develop complex of the compensating fire-proof actions which do not reduce the value of such constructions and to approve them according to the legislation";

state Item 1.9 in such edition:

"1.9. It is necessary to make reconstruction, technical retrofitting, restoration, capital repairs of cult constructions only in the presence of the corresponding project documentation which is approved in accordance with the established procedure.".

1.2. In Item 3.2 of Chapter 3:

to add subitem 3.2.5 after the paragraph of third with the new fourth paragraph of such content:

"Repeated fireproof processing of subdome wooden designs impregnating fireproof means is allowed to be performed by means of the equipped sukhotrub with drencher sprinklers.".
