About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine

According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on advisory council concerning use of means of reserve (further - the Provision) and the Instruction about application of the Procedure for forming and use of means of reserve of the Pension fund (further - the Instruction), approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 18.07.2001 No. 11-3, such changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.02.2002 for No. 101/6389, No. 102/6390,:

1.1. In Provision Item 3 of the word "work and" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words words of "State commission on securities and the stock market" "The national commission on securities and the stock market".

1.2. In the Instruction:

in Chapter 1:
