According to articles 6 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 No. 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.06.2011 No. 712 "About modification of the list of documents which are enclosed to the application for licensing for separate type of economic activity" I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on medical practice approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 02.02.2011 No. 49, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 09.02.2011 for No. 171/18909, which are applied.
2. - to the head of department of quality control of medical services Hudoshina O. V. to provide to the deputy director of Inspection department of quality of medical services, regulatory policy and sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing:
2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. The publication of this order in mass media.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tolstanov O. V.
4. This order becomes effective in ten days from the date of its official publication.
