ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF UKRAINE

of December 9, 2011 No. 1591

About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on financial accounting

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on accounting accounting, approved by Methodological council on financial accounting under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Make changes to the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of assets, the capital, obligations and economic activities of the companies and organizations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 30.11.99 No. 291, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.12.99 for No. 892/4185 (with changes), approved by Methodological council on financial accounting under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

3. Add the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 29.11.2000 No. 302 "About Notes to the annual financial reporting", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.12.2000 for No. 904/5125, new Item of such content:

"7. The standard form of the financial reporting No. 5 "Notes to the annual financial reporting" approved by Item 1 of this order is not applied by banks, budgetary institutions, representative offices of foreign business entities, small business entities, acknowledged those according to the legislation, and the companies which according to the legislation constitute the financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards.".

4. (Chmeruk M. O.) to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
