About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" concerning use of technological minimum of natural gas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About heat supply" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 28, Art. 373; 2010, No. 49, Art. 571) such changes:

Article 1 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with the term of such content:

"the technological minimum of consumption natural the gazaminimalny level of use of natural gas non-admission of emergence of emergency situations of technogenic and natural nature and is determined by object in the field of heat supply which provides nominal functioning of the company by the technique approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

The paragraph the twelfth Article 6 to state 2) in such edition:

"prohibition of restriction of power supply of objects in the field of heat supply during the heating period below technological minimum of consumption of natural gas. In case of failure to pay or introduction not in full of payment for the used natural gas and services in its transportation the gas supplying organization has the right to limit consumption of natural gas of subjects of managing in the field of heat supply for which rates are established at economically reasonable level, to technological minimum of consumption".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
