In this Law subject of purchase of unirradiated fuel elements (fuel elements) for nuclear reactors are nuclear materials, the heat-generating assemblies (cartridges) for nuclear reactors and their separate elements absorbing cores of management system and protection of nuclear reactors, including the services connected with production of unirradiated fuel heat-generating assemblies (conversion, enrichment, fabrication) and the address with unirradiated heat-generating assemblies and nuclear materials (transportation, storage, conversion).
The term "nuclear material" is used in the value given in article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety".
