According to article 35 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine" and the subitem "є" the subitem 1 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 459, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure of the state control of observance by authorized subjects of managing of requirements to carrying out mandatory engineering supervision of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms which is applied.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.):

2.1. Provide promulgation of this order on the official site of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine.

2.2. Provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
