The state members of Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the conventional principles and rules of international law,

proceeding from article 29 of the Statute of Court of Eurasian economic community of July 5, 2010;

considering the international obligations following from the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in the Statute of Court of Eurasian economic community of July 5, 2010 (further - the Statute) the following changes:

1. The subitem in) Item 2 of article 14 of the Statute to state in the following edition:

"c) business entities.".

2. To state Item 3 of article 14 of the Statute in the following edition:

"3. Business entities take a legal action according to the Agreement on appeal to the court of Eurasian economic community of business entities on disputes within the Customs union and features of legal proceedings on them of December 9, 2010.".

3. To state article 24 of the Statute in the following edition:

"Article 24

1. For consideration of the applications of the subjects provided by subitems and) and b) Item 2 of article 14 of this Statute, the Court will form according to the procedure, established by Regulations, Board of Court as a part of all judges of Court from state members of the Customs union.

The decision of Board of Court is the judgment.

2. Hearing of cases within the Customs union according to statements of the subjects provided by the subitem in) Item 2 of article 14 of the Statute, and feature of legal proceedings on them, and also other questions including connected with removal and execution of the judgments are regulated by the Agreement on appeal to the court of Eurasian economic community of business entities on disputes within the Customs union and features of legal proceedings on them of December 9, 2010.
