for the purpose of further development of national systems of consumer protection, improvement of coordination of activities for consumer protection in gosudarstvakhuchastnik of the CIS

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make changes to article 6 of the Agreement on the main directions of state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of consumer protection of January 25, 2000, having stated it in the following edition: "Article 6

Public associations of consumers can take part in implementation of this agreement according to the charters and the national legal system of their states.".

The this Protocol becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary of the third notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.
