The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Service of Ukraine which further are referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs affairs of April 15, 1994 and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cooperation and mutual aid in customs affairs of September 22, 2000 (further - Agreements),

in view of the Framework standards of safety and simplification of world trade of World Customs Organization,

recognizing need of increase in efficiency of customs control of the goods and vehicles moved through customs borders of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine

for the purpose of reducing terms of carrying out and creation of conditions for simplification of customs control of the goods and vehicles moved through customs borders of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties according to national legal systems of the states of the Parties and within operation of Agreements will organize and perform exchange of information within risk management system according to Technology of information exchange between customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine within the risk management system which is integral part of the this Protocol.

Article 2

For the purpose of realization of the this Protocol of the Party use the available information resources and develop the Specifications of information exchange within risk management system determining procedure for exchange of information, the requirement to structure of information, the list of electronic messages, formats and structures of the data which are subject to exchange and also to information security program technical means.
