The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Belarus, hereinafter referred to as "Contracting parties",

aiming at tourism development between two countries on the basis of equality and mutual advantage,

wishing to help more effective cooperation in the field of tourism on bilateral basis,

considering general interest of both states in establishment of close long-term collaboration on the terms of mutual advantage,

in view of recommendations of the Hague declaration on tourism adopted by the Inter-parliamentary conference on tourism which took place in the Netherlands in 1989

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Contracting parties promote tourism development by provision of necessary conditions for mutually visit by tourists of each of the countries.

Article 2

Contracting parties promote the mutual growth of exchange of tourists, encouraging close cooperation between tourist firms and the organizations of both states, to distribution on mutual basis of tourist publications and advertizing products in both countries, including movies and audio-, video production with use film and telemeans.

Article 3

Contracting parties promote exchange of information, concerning the legislation of the states, activities of both Parties in the field of tourism, exchange delegations of experts.

Article 4

Promotional materials, including materials and the equipment for the tourist exhibitions, conferences and other tourist actions aimed at tourism development are exempted from customs and other duties according to the current legislation of the states of each of Contracting Parties.

Article 5

Contracting parties study possibilities of cooperation on creation and operation of objects of tourist infrastructure and encourage cooperation in this direction by provision of privileges according to the current legislation of each of Contracting Parties.
