These rules of information exchange of information system of service centers of the population with the state information systems (further – Rules) are developed according to subitem 12-1) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About informatization" and determine procedure for exchange of information system of service centers of the population with the state information systems of the state bodies involved in rendering the state services by means of service centers of the population (further – TsON), and/or state bodies – owners of the data used in case of documents acceptance on rendering the state services through TsON.
