About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2003 No. 16

Based on subitem 4.53 of item 4 and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2003 No. 16 "About approval of the standard rate of the agreement responsibility of voluntary insurance (joint insurance, reinsurance) other, than life insurance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 29, 8/9181; 2010, No. 29, 8/21858) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in the name "approval" to replace the word with the word "establishment";

1.2. in Item 1:

in paragraph one to replace the word "Approve" with the word "Establish";

paragraph two after words "the insurance contract of export risks with support of the state," to add with words "the insurance contract (joint insurance) of responsibility for non-execution (improper execution) of obligations of bond issuing institution,";

add Item with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"according to the insurance contract (joint insurance) of responsibility for non-execution (improper execution) of obligations of bond issuing institution in the amount of 10 percent from the equity of insurance company calculated according to the legislation.";
