About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Item 2 of Article 2:

in the subitem "a":

- the paragraph one after the words "in the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with the words "except for workers-pensioners"; shall be replaced with words the words "in the amount of 10 percent;" "in the amount of 10 percent.";

- in paragraph one of the word "4 percent" shall be replaced with words "2 percent in the Pension fund";

- paragraphs two, the third and fourth to recognize invalid;

in the subitem "v":

- word in paragraph one "-in the amount of 10 percent" shall be replaced with words "according to subitems "a", "and-1" and "b" of this Item";

- declare paragraph two invalid.

2. In Article 3:

in the Item:

- after words "financing sources," to add with the words "except for rabotnikovpensioner";

- add Item with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"for the hired workers specified in the Item "and" of article 11-1 of this Law - in the amount of percent 9,5 in the Pension fund;";

in the Item "in":

- in paragraph one of the word "4 percent" shall be replaced with words "2 percent in the Pension fund";
